Diaper Daredevil
FROM 18 TO 36 MONTHS
Our Diaper Daredevil Class is for young children between the ages of 3-5 years old. Children reap the benefits of consistent skills strength progressions acquisition of a new skill which leads to self-esteem building and confidence. Diaper Daredevils is a 45-minute class.
$200 per month
Tuition is the monthly cost of the classes, excluding the holidays or closings. Payment is due on the first of every month for the upcoming month. Your card will be automatically charged on the 1st of the month. If you wish to unenroll your child from a class, we must be notified before the 1st of the upcoming month. A $65 ANNUAL insurance fee is required per student for participation in our program and is paid on a September through August schedule. We do not issue refunds but we do honor makeup classes.

Mini Stars
BEGINNER GYMNASTICS FOR 3 & 4 YEARS OLD
his class is for learning the fundamentals of gymnastics and how to follow directions. This class meets once per week. Mini-Stars is forty-five minutes long.

Our philosophy helps children understand that gymnastics requires focus and attention. These skills helps them to accomplish small feats which gives them knowledge of the sport with less frustrations. Mini-Tumblers is an hour long class.

Ninja Warrior
5 YEARS OLD AND UP
Students are competitors tackling a series of challenging obstacle courses. Working on speed, agility, strength and coordination our gymnasts challenge themselves to climb higher, jump farther and complete physical puzzles designed to work their core. Modeled after the popular television show, our gymnasts train to become stronger and more agile. Ninja Warrior is an hour long class.

Diamond Tumblers
INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTS 8 Years old and Older
Intermediate Tumbler students have developed the strength and flexibility they need to progress and learn the proper use of the floor, beam, bars and vault. Intermediate classes develop improved strength, grace and flexibility, as well as new skills in each event. Tumblers is an hour and a half long class.

Qualifiers
ADVANCED GYMNASTICS EIGHT YEARS OLD AND OLDER
Advanced gymnastics training for children who show early potential for competition. This does not guarantee that a child will move to our pre-team or team program, but it creates the avenue for individual development. Our advanced gymnasts continue to work out on the vault, bars, beam, and floor. Work on trampolines and tumble track in involved to develop spatial awareness. Qualifier is an hour and a half long class.

Pre-Team
DEVELOPING STRONG FOUNDATION SKILLS AND HEALTHY HABITS
The primary objective of the pre-team program is to provide students with the necessary foundation to perform optional level competitive gymnastics. The main focus is developing strength, flexibility, and reinforcing the proper body positions to perform complex gymnastics skills. By accomplishing this goal, most of the necessary skills for the entry-level competition will naturally fall into place. This process takes time. By building a strong foundation in the pre-team program, we are providing our students the opportunity to reach their maximum potential with the fewest setbacks along the way. Pre-Team is a two-hour-long class.
$400 per month one time per week!
$560 PER Month-twice a week practice (reduces the cost by attending more than once a week).

Our team is invite-only and there is an annual fee to participate. This fee is based on a 10 month year (excluding the summer months) and broken down into a monthly payments so that our parents don't have to pay it all at once. Closings over the holidays are excluded from the price. Further, there are no Recreational classes for our team and a missed practice cannot be replaced with a Recreational class.
Team All Levels
OUR COMPETITIVE PROGRAM IS BUILT ON LONG-TERM SKILL DEVELOPMENT
We give our competitive athletes the necessary time to develop and perfect gymnastic skills in a logical, progressive and safe manner. Over-training is the reason gymnasts leave our sport. Our Competitive Program provides our gymnasts with ample time for school responsibilities, family activities and an outside life with friends.
Life is about experiences and Hampton gymnastics east along with the USAIGC/EXCEL provides positive, well-balanced competitive experiences for ALL of its gymnasts. The team is a two-hour-long class.

Our camp is designed to provide girls age 5 and older with 5 hours of intense gymnastics training and strength conditioning in an atmosphere in which each child can encounter physical challenges, feel the joy of movement, have fun and experience the satisfaction of success in a comfortable and safe environment.
This is a great camp for team girls wanting to work on their skills for the summer or girls just wanting to explore the possibilities that gymnastics holds. Each child will be evaluated and placed in a group that will allow the most enriching learning experience to learn and grow.
EVERY FRIDAY IS PIZZA PARTY DAY!
A 20-minute lunch daily (due to allergies, each child must bring their own lunch and drinks). Two 10-minute snacks per session. (Additional snacks are recommended).
